You will report into the London-based EMEA Compliance Monitoring Manager, with a dotted reporting line to either the Luxembourg Conducting Officer or the Netherlands Senior Compliance Officer.Your role involves performing Compliance monitoring activities covering a variety of regulatory topics and across all business areas (including investment teams, operational functions, sales and marketing, product development, outsourced providers), while also contributing to broader Dutch regulatory compliance expectations. In addition to core monitoring responsibilities, you will act as a key NL-based compliance counterpart, maintaining visibility with regulators (e.g., AFM, DMB), and supporting key supervisory processes such as the Supervisory Review & Evaluation Process (SREP).How you'll spend your time...Responsibility for the development, maintenance and execution of the risk-based EU hub, NL, and other European Compliance Monitoring Plans ‘CMP'.
