- To ensure alignment with ENGIE Group by adapting and implementing the HR roadmap for Netherlands, integrating the Group’s strategy and policies with local activities across all HR domains. Apply Group policies, monitor and report HR data and performance, and define actionable plans to drive organizational goals.
- To coordinate with Business Objectives, aligning HR strategies and actions with broader organizational goals and business transformations offering strategic advice and solutions to empower business leaders.
- To provide best‑in‑class HR service delivery to the business and functions in a cost‑effective manner.
- To drive social relations and implement initiatives aligned with the Group’s commitments, fostering a positive environment for dialogue and collaboration within the entity/country.
- To champion ethics & compliance, actively participating in local ethics committees and ensuring that HR practices uphold ENGIE’s ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to responsible business conduct.
- To leverage HR data and digitalization, utilizing HR analytics, digital tools, and automation to enhance decision‑making, improve operational efficiency, and provide predictive insights that drive strategic HR initiatives.
- To provide HR Advice and Managerial Support providing managers with guidance and tools to enhance team performance and skill development in areas such as People Development, Talent Acquisition, Strategic Workforce Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Performance and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Ensure all projects comply with legal requirements and Group policies in collaboration with the Platform lead of the center of expertise.
- To lead the transformation of the Netherlands (700 FTE) by implementing initiatives that support managers and employees in adapting to change, fostering engagement, and promoting a data‑driven, performance‑oriented HR culture.
- To support and accompany the Country Manager in driving change towards a One ENGIE centralised organisation, offering dedicated HR support for transformation initiatives.
- To be member of the Leadership Team of the Netherlands and lead the Operational HR team of the Netherlands : currently 2 sr HR Business Partners, 1 HR Service Center Manager and 1 HR Officer with a strong emphasis on giving support to business, cost‑efficiency, and building a highly skilled and engaged team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience during which you progressively evolved into a senior HR role, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
- Solid knowledge of HR processes, preferably with expertise in HR Analytics,
- Expertise in learning strategy, leadership development, HR operations, local labor regulations and digital HR tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker able to implement changes in a sustainable way .
- Fluent in Dutch & English.
As Country HR Director Netherlands(M/F/X) you will be reporting to the BeNeLux HR Platform Lead (solid line) and to the Country Manager Netherlands (dotted line). The BeNeLux HR platform compromises also the 3 cross‑country Centers of Expertise (C&B, POS, and People Development & DEI). You are based at our Zwolle office.
What we Offer- An attractive salary between € 8.100 and € 11.650 (based on a full‑time position), depending on your experience and background. The role is classified in Functional Category H.
