Who you areAs an Account Executive in the Enterprise team, you’ll play a key role in driving Qogita’s growth by engaging and closing high‑value partnerships with large‑scale businesses. You will go deep on the supply chain requirements and product fit of potential customers to help them transform their procurement with Qogita. This is a hands‑on, strategic sales role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and loves solving procurement problems for enterprise clients.
What we’re looking for- 3‑5+ years of experience owning a revenue target in enterprise or B2B sales, ideally in a tech, e‑commerce, or marketplace environment.
- Understanding of B2B wholesale supply chain concepts as negotiation levers; you should be able to apply assortment, pricing, availability, transportation and inbound excellence to close deals.
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Fluency in English and an additional European language.
- Highly self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
- Ability to travel to meet clients.
- Own the sales cycle from meeting a decision maker to negotiation and closing. This includes driving deep procurement model alignment between Qogita and potential customers.
- Support top of funnel teams development of best practices to qualify high‑potential enterprise prospects across Europe and the UK.
- Build deep relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
- Develop tailored procurement proposals and commercial strategies that demonstrate clear ROI for both the customer and Qogita.
- Collaborate internally with operations and product to drive platform improvements and ensure a seamless customer experience.
