You will have the opportunity to make an impact within a fast-growing scale‑up, with international ambitions.
About usAt Intus we help organizations plan more efficiently and flexibly, so that they can use their staff optimally. What are you going to doIn this role you combine operational recruitment tasks with tactical and even strategic initiatives. You will be involved in implementing our employee value proposition and employer branding strategies. Furthermore, you will be involved in initiating culture and people initiatives, designing and providing interview training for hiring managers and continuing to improve the recruitment process with new ideas. Your input is very valuable for us!
