At Vos Logistics, in this role, you will have the space to make a visible impact on the future of our organization.

As an HR Project & Policy Advisor, you are a key player in the further professionalization and growth of Vos Logistics. You initiate and lead organization-wide HR projects from start to finish, acting as a director who maintains oversight, provides direction, and ensures results in daily practice. You identify opportunities and needs within the organization, translate these into clearly formulated project proposals, and guide management and employees through the associated change processes.

In addition, you develop and optimize future-oriented HR policies that align with our strategic course and are practically applicable to the organization. You are a subject matter expert on themes such as sustainable employability, modern leadership, and talent development, and you advise management as a strategic sparring partner in a dynamic environment. You actively use digital solutions and AI applications to make HR processes smarter, more efficient, and more data-driven.

With your connecting qualities, you create support for innovation and effortlessly switch between strategy and execution. You build strong internal and external networks and contribute to positioning Vos Logistics as a progressive and attractive employer. In this way, you lay a solid, future-proof HR foundation that prepares the organization for the logistical challenges of tomorrow.

• A salary between €4,000 and €5,700 gross per month;

• An annual personal training budget of at least €1,000;
