We are seeking a highly organised and delivery‑driven eROV Project Lead to join our growing eROV development team. This is a pivotal role for a structured leader who thrives on planning, coordination, and turning complex engineering programmes into successful, on‑time deliveries. The position can be based in either Aberdeen, Scotland or Nootdorp, Netherlands.
The ideal candidate brings a strong project delivery background within the Oil & Gas or offshore industry, ideally with exposure to ROV operations or subsea technology. You will be a high performer, comfortable managing multiple workstreams and aligning multidisciplinary teams around clear plans, priorities, and outcomes.
This role exists to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to our eROV developments. Your primary impact will be creating efficient delivery plans, enabling engineering teams to focus on the right work at the right time, and ensuring projects meet agreed scope, schedule, and quality expectations. You will be accountable for maintaining delivery discipline and elevating the standard of engineering outputs across the portfolio.
As eROV Project Lead, you will work closely with the Product Manager and Product Team to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery across the full product lifecycle. This includes leading planning and execution from early in‑house design phases through to production readiness and delivery via both internal teams and external suppliers. You will play a key role in driving predictability, pace, and continuous improvement across the eROV programme.

Your role and responsibilities- Lead the execution of product deliveries from both internal and external parties.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and report against them.
- Assist in budget creation against planned work scopes and deliveries.
- Maintain strong relationships with eROV Product Owner/Manager & key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Be able to efficiently deal with team logistics and Purchasing Orders for the products, both within innovation and via 3rd party’s.
- Proven experience either with project/management or operations of ROV’s or similar robotic products.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
