The Opportunity

As our Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, you are the strategic architect behind every product launch and market expansion at Nimbl. You bridge the gap between product development and commercial success. You don't just launch products; you build the data-driven blueprints that ensure market adoption and long-term growth. In this start-up to scale-up phase, you move quickly from strategy to execution to build our digital presence and drive global revenue.

You are a master of coordination, ensuring that Sales, Marketing, and Product are perfectly aligned. Your goal is to move Nimbl from a "product-first" mentality to a luxury experience for both our consumers and retail partners.

About Your Job

  • Strategic launch planning: Create and own the global GTM roadmap. Define how we take a product from concept to a dominant market position with clear, measurable goals.
  • Data-Driven markets analysis: Conduct rigorous research into customer needs and competitor landscapes. You use data to identify Tier 1, 2, and 3 markets and define the "Lamborghini Door" requirements for retail entry.
  • Sales enablement & support: Equip our internal sales teams and global distributors with the necessary playbooks, tools, and data-driven arguments to ensure successful sell-in and sell-through.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Lead the alignment between Product, Marketing, and eCommerce. You ensure everyone is riding in the same direction ahead of the launch day.
  • Pon.Bike Group collaboration: We leverage the Pon.Bike ecosystem as a strategic multiplier.
  • By collaborating with sister brands, we access premium retail networks and industry expertise to create a unified experience for our riders. For us, creating synergy is our route to global leadership in high-performance gear.
  • Performance tracking: Define and monitor KPIs for market adoption, launch ROI, and retail performance. You analyze what works, what doesn't, and adjust the strategy in real-time.
  • Field activation & retail support: Be active in the field, visiting key retail partners to provide hands-on support, ensure premium brand presentation (the "Lamborghini Door" standard), and gather direct market feedback.
  • Business development: Proactively identify and build relationships with new premium dealers in Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets to expand our global footprint.
  • Market intelligence: Act as the eyes and ears of Nimbl in the retail landscape. Use "boots on the ground" insights to refine product development & launches and commercial strategies based on real-time competitor moves and consumer sentiment.

  • Proven expert: Experience in a "start-up to scale-up" environment with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Commercial strategist: You have extensive expertise in building markets and sales plans that are grounded in data, not just intuition.
  • The "Glue" of the team: You are a natural leader in cross-functional projects, capable of holding different departments accountable to the GTM timeline.
  • Analytical: You are comfortable with complex data sets and market modeling, ensuring our commercial strategy is supported with reliable data.
  • Cycling DNA: You understand the cycling industry and the specific needs of high-end riders and premium retailers.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: You thrive in a lean team, take full ownership, and have a proactive, energetic attitude.
  • Omnichannel support: Leverage partnerships, such as Team Visma | Lease a Bike, to boost sales across D2C, B2B, and retail channels.
  • Relationship driven: You are as comfortable in a boardroom as you are on the shop floor. You know how to inspire retailers and turn them into true Nimbl ambassadors.
  • Mobile & flexible: You enjoy being on the road and understand that the best market insights are found outside the office.
  • Bonus: Background in Outdoor or Luxury industries is a strong plus.
  • Languages: Professional level English is required. Dutch, German and/or Italian is a strong plus.
