As Senior Director - Head of Partnerships (Benelux), you will hold end‑to‑end responsibility for establishing and scaling the partner network across the Netherlands and wider Benelux region. You will act as the architect of the local ecosystem, balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
Job DescriptionKey responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing the partnerships strategy for the Benelux market, in line with global expansion objectives
- Building a high‑quality network of strategic partners, including premium national and regional brands
- Leading complex commercial negotiations with top‑tier and enterprise‑level partners
- Acting as a strategic advisor to partners, using performance data and commercial insight to drive mutual growth
- Recruiting, developing, and leading a high‑performing partnerships team as the market scales
- Representing the organisation externally with industry stakeholders, associations, and senior decision‑makers
The successful candidate will play a critical role in positioning the platform as a preferred long‑term partner within the local market.
The Successful ApplicantYou are an experienced commercial leader with a strong background in partnerships, business development, or commercial strategy, gained within a platform, marketplace, SaaS, or health‑tech‑related environment.
Your background is likely to include:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in senior business development or partnerships roles
- Direct experience within a wellbeing, fitness, corporate health, health‑tech, or benefits platform environment - Must
- Experience building or scaling teams and structures in growth‑stage or transformation environments
- Strong strategic capabilities combined with a hands‑on, execution‑driven mindset
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, high‑ownership roles with broad accountability
- Fluency in English; Dutch or another Benelux language is advantageous
You bring credibility at senior and C‑level, with the interpersonal skills to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.
