- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, information management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience, including at least 2 full‑cycle SAP Finance implementations in an international environment and at least 1 year of SAP S/4 Finance implementation.
- Experience in SAP Finance cloud (public or private) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Data Management, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Special Purpose Ledger, Month‑End/Year‑End Closing, Consolidations, Reconciliations, Intercompany Transactions, Financial Reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP CO, SAP FS‑CM, and SAP EBS/DME is desirable.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum practices – user stories, story points, backlog management, and refinement.
- T‑shaped skill set with ability to support presales activities and identify commercial opportunities.
- Understanding of Business/Enterprise Architecture concepts, including TOGAF.
- Excellent technology adaptation and a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams.
- At least one SAP S/4 certification in the Finance domain; cloud certification preferred.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
