LegionellaDossier is looking for a Frontline Customer Support Agent who is fluent in both Spanish and Dutch to join our team. What will you be doing?- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat promptly and professionally.
- Problem‑Solving and Troubleshooting to resolve customer issues.
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction, taking ownership of the full customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Openness to learning new software
- You have a demonstrable affinity with technical support for systems / apps / digitalisation
- Proven experience in a customer support environment (B2B/B2C) or any other client‑facing role
- You are super customer friendly and can enthuse customers and ensure loyalty and retention
- A communicative and positive mindset to stimulate customer satisfaction
- You do not get distracted if you do not immediately know the answer to a question. You quickly find out what information you need.
