- Day shifts starting between 08:00 and 08:30
- A gross monthly salary in scale 6 between € 2,610.73 and € 3,200, with growth potential up to € 3,753.93

What will you do as a Customer Service Agent?
As a Customer Service Agent at DHL Supply Chain, you will be in daily contact with the customer regarding various topics such as shipments, order-related issues, warehouse transport, and relationship management. You provide logistic solutions that align with both customer needs and organizational goals. You will also collaborate closely with internal departments such as Transport, Planning, and Customs.
You bring
- You are a quick learner and open-minded
- Experience in a logistics environment within Customer Service, Troubleshooting, or Quality
- A high level of accuracy-you make sure tasks are fully completed before you go home
- Customer-oriented and a team player
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written); Dutch is preferred
- Additionally, you are flexible, motivated, analytical, and proactive in your work approach
