We are looking for a Customer Services Manager to lead our customer service, shipping, and billing operations. In this role, you ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and business performance.
You will act as a key link between Sales, Supply Chain, and customers, driving operational excellence while leading a small, dedicated team.
Essential Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end order processing, including shipping and warranty handling
- Ensure on-time delivery and high service levels for customers
- Act as the escalation point for operational issues and resolve them effectively
- Monitor team performance, workload, and quality of work
- Manage invoicing processes, including credit notes and documentation
- Coordinate transport and export documentation
- Review and approve invoices and shipping documents
- Identify and implement process improvements within Customer Services
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures
- Support and communicate pricing updates
- Prepare reports and analyses on order intake, performance, and warranty trends
- Provide insights to Sales and Management to support decision-making
- Contribute to business reviews and performance tracking
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure effective planning and resource allocation
- Foster a collaborative and customer-focused work environment
- Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems and data analysis (Excel)
- Knowledge of logistics processes (shipping, Incoterms, customs regulations)
- Leadership experience or ability to manage a small team
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch and/or German is a plus)

- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
