BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
POSITIONYou will focus on contract manufacturing customers — well-known A-brand players who outsource production. The customers are spread across Europe, with a focus on Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands. You will manage your own customers, focusing on acquiring new clients and building partnerships. In this dynamic role, you’ll report to the European Sales Director (Jeroen van Hecke), and serve as the key contact for our partners, ensuring strong relationships, growth, and new collaborations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strategic, robust relationships with your contract manufacturing customers;
- Identify new customers and develop long-term, strategic partnerships;
- Own the strategic plan for your accounts, driving sales, managing profit and loss, and aligning with company goals;
- Lead forecast planning with finance and supply teams to ensure excellent customer service and financial stability;
- Negotiate with customers, representing PPF’s commercial interests and trading terms effectively.

PROFILE CANDIDATEEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
You are an ambitious, results-driven, customer-centric business development professional. You prioritize customer needs and aim to grow together. You have:
- Relevant sales experience;
- A bachelor’s degree (or higher, preferably in Business or a related field);
- Strong partnership-building skills and a customer-first approach, with experience nurturing customer relationships and managing internal stakeholders.
