Inspire clients and the People Excellence team with your vision on the human aspect of organizations. Advise clients on leadership, change management, and HR topics like organizational development, talent management, and DEI. Understand organizational dynamics to determine the best change approach. This position requires a strong focus on both team leadership and business development. The successful candidate will be expected to proactively identify and secure new projects, with a defined annual target for revenue generation.

• Leading Challenging Programs and Projects: Take charge of projects that add value to our clients, including strategy design, transformation guidance, and implementation.
• Expanding Our Presence: Build trusted relationships with key client accounts, addressing their needs and desires to strengthen our position.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.

• 8+ years of practical experience in business transformation, change management, and HR.
• Proven ability to build and inspire an engaged team with your own vision.
• Established network of professional contacts to strengthen the organization and explore new opportunities.
• Experience working with sales objectives and targets.
• Skilled in team leadership and staff development.
• Proficient in translating client needs into solutions and action plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English.
