We’re looking for a skilled Chartering & Tender Manager to join our team in IJmuiden.
This is a high‑impact role where you will drive vessel utilisation, secure new opportunities, and play a key part in our continued growth across offshore wind, marine, and energy sectors.

You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working closely with operations, commercial and technical colleagues, and representing Windcat across the UK and Europe.
As our Chartering & Tender Manager, you’ll take the lead on:
Chartering & Commercial ManagementSecuring spot, time charter and long‑term CTV contracts.
Negotiating and concluding charter parties that are financially sound and operationally robust.
Monitoring market trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
Optimising vessel deployment in collaboration with operational teams.
Leading the full tender process for offshore wind and marine opportunities.
Preparing high‑quality, client‑focused proposals.
Reviewing technical, commercial and operational tender requirements.
Coordinating cross‑departmental input and ensuring complete bid documentation.
Building and maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships.
Representing Windcat at key trade events, conferences and meetings.
Supporting strategic planning, market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
Analytical, detail‑oriented approach to commercial decision‑making.
Willingness to travel across the UK and EU as required.
Fluent in English
