• Own Allocation KPIs and drive weekly trade actions.
• Identify risks/opportunities and provide clear recommendations.
• Make insight‑driven decisions and guide allocators on business calls.
• Prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Strengthen product flow and improve end‑to‑end processes.
• Lead or support new tool/process initiatives and drive adoption.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships and maintain alignment.
• Foster an inclusive, feedback‑driven team culture.
• Represent Allocation in senior‑level conversations with clarity and confidence.

• 5+ years in Allocation, Store Management, Retail Operations, or in‑season business management.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong analytical and retail math skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Systems thinker with strong decision‑making and prioritization skills.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving continuous improvement.
• Passion for retail, product flow, and developing people and processes.
