As an HR Advisor you will support the Botlek site where you will be located. You will be expected to provide end to end HR services to all levels of leadership and employees within its area of responsibility. You will have multiple and diverse challenges on operational level to support the business realizing their goals and objectives. Together with the Senior HR Business Partner of Botlek site and the HR Business Partner at the Moerdijk site, you will work on the HR Ambitions and HR agenda for medium and long term. You will be supported by an HR Assistant, dedicated to the Manufacturing Sites. In this role, maintaining strong HR process discipline and ensuring high-quality HR data will be an important part of your contribution, as we continue to strengthen and streamline our HR operations.

A Day in the Life
  • Provide one point of contact for line management and employees at operational level;
  • Facilitate the improvement of quality and delivery of HR processes and data requests.
  • Support the Sr HR Business Partner with various HR related operational matters such as data requests, hiring processes, employee separations, absenteeism, exit interviews, payroll changes, etc.
  • Responsible for the Data Quality of the administration in MyConnection/SAP.
  • Prepare and compile HR data for reports and statistics;
  • Execute and maintain local Policies in cooperation with the Senior HRBP;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to line management ensuring the establishment of best practices, aligned with HR policy procedures and practices, and consistent decision making processes across the lines of business.
You Bring This Value
  • Bachelor's degree with a preference in Human Resources Management;
  • You have experience in HR fundamentals and understanding of Dutch employment laws;
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience within HR, preferably as a HR Generalist or HR Advisor;
  • The ability to work with all levels of employees from front line employees to senior management;
  • Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills;
  • Able to manage your activities independently and take ownership where needed, supporting effective HR operations and the business;
  • Working knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Digital savvy;
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
