One of our international partners is seeking a Senior Change & Comms Manager to own the narrative, brand, and engagement strategy for a large‑scale Tech Enablement Program. This role is critical in winning the hearts and minds of a broad engineering community during a period of significant architectural and operational change.
You will take complex, interconnected technical initiatives and translate them into one clear, compelling story that engineers understand, value, and embrace. Acting as the strategic communications partner to the Portfolio TPM and Tech VPs, you will ensure leaders are equipped with the right messages to lead change effectively.
This position is ideal for a senior change and communications leader who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous tech environments and enjoys shaping engagement at scale across international organisations.
What You'll Do Change narrative & engagement strategy- Develop and own the end‑to‑end Tech Enablement change narrative, brand, and portfolio‑wide communication strategy
- Translate multiple technical initiatives into a single, cohesive story that drives understanding and buy‑in
- Ensure messaging supports behavioural change and long‑term adoption across engineering teams
- Act as a strategic communications partner to Tech VPs and senior leadership
- Craft clear, consistent, and impactful leadership messages
- Equip leaders with narratives and materials to confidently lead teams through change
- Deliver engaging content across multiple channels, including town halls, blogs, videos, and leadership updates
- Adapt messaging to different engineering audiences while maintaining a consistent overarching story
- Drive emotional connection and cultural alignment through storytelling
- Partner with Global Communications and Change Management to align with company‑wide priorities and milestones
- Ensure communication is embedded in global ways‑of‑working
- Synchronise messaging with transformation progress and adoption goals
- 10+ years of experience in strategic communications and/or change management within complex technology environments
- Proven ability to hit the ground running in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings
- Strong expertise in technical storytelling, translating complex concepts into clear, human‑centric narratives
- Track record of working as a trusted partner to VP/SVP‑level stakeholders
- Solid technical literacy, including SDLC, DevOps, and modern architectural principles
- Confidence navigating matrixed organisations and influencing without formal authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience communicating large‑scale architectural or cultural transformations to developer audiences (2000+ engineers)
- Background in internal communications within product‑led or tech‑first organisations
- Experience supporting enterprise‑wide technology or operating model transformations
