As an Interim MSP IT Consultant at HeadFirst Group, you’ll play a key role within one of our largest client environments in the energy sector: Alliander. In this temporary assignment, you will ensure that IT projects—ranging from software development to data and cloud—always have access to the right external specialists.
You’ll join the team at a time when it needs reinforcement and, from day one, ensure continuity, clarity, and results. Thanks to your experience with IT recruitment and MSP processes, you’ll be up and running quickly and make an immediate impact.

As an Interim MSP IT Consultant, you are responsible for maintaining and improving the hiring process within a dynamic IT environment. You address ongoing requests immediately, introduce structure where necessary, and ensure that deadlines are met.
You interact daily with hiring managers, vendors, and independent professionals, quickly grasp the situation, and translate job requests into concrete, suitable matches. You manage multiple requests, keep a clear overview, and adapt when priorities shift.
In addition, you help maintain stability within the team by taking ownership, providing support, and ensuring continuous operation as the team builds up.

- Promptly address requests and ensure thorough follow‑up
- Search for, screen, and evaluate IT professionals
- Advising hiring managers on available candidates and market dynamics
- Introduce suitable candidates within tight deadlines
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and independent IT professionals
- Monitor progress, speed, and quality for ongoing applications
- Adapt quickly and set priorities in a fast‑paced dynamic environment
- Contribute to stability and continuity within the MSP team

You are an experienced professional in MSP or IT recruitment and thrive in an environment where speed, independence, and results are key. You require minimal training and can take on responsibilities immediately.
In addition, you will bring the following- HBO working and thinking level
- 3–5 years of experience in MSP, temporary staffing, or IT recruitment
- Proven experience with IT roles such as developers, data specialists, or cloud specialists
- Experience as an MSP Consultant, Recruiter, Staffing Consultant, or Broker Consultant
- Ability to work independently in a new environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Results‑oriented, able to handle stress and work under deadlines
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- Resident in the Netherlands (relocation not possible)
