What will your tasks be?
- Assisting Slovenian-speaking customers via phone, email, and social channels;
- Diagnosing and solving technical issues with enthusiasm;
- Accurately updating customer records in the system;
- Collaborating with an international team in English;
- Ensuring every customer receives friendly and high-quality service.
Who are youz?
You are a proactive communicator who loves helping people. You speak and write Slovenian fluently and have a strong command of English. You are at least 18 years old and ready for a new challenge in Greece or Bulgaria for at least six to twelve months. You have a valid EU passport or ID card and the motivation to learn new technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
Locations
- Athens, Greece: Gross monthly salary of €1,200-€1,300, plus a performance bonus and 14 payments per year.
- Sofia, Bulgaria: Gross monthly salary of 3,700 BGN (approximately €1,891).
- A gross monthly salary up to € 1,891.- in Sofia, Bulgaria;
- A p erformance bonuses and 14 salaries of up to €1,300.- in Athens;
- Fully paid flight ticket to your destination and airport pickup;
- Two weeks of free hotel stay and help finding a permanent home;
- Complete administrative support (bank account, taxes, insurance);
- Free language courses and paid professional training;
- 75% extra pay for working on Sundays or Greek public holidays.
- Fluent in Slovenian (spoken and written);
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Minimum 18 years of age and a valid EU passport/ID;
- Available for a minimum of 6 to 12 months;
- Strong computer and technical skills.
