Process Engineer

You contribute to our success by supporting in extensive logistics projects and thus improving our performance! All this from a newly built warehouse where innovation is central!Your work as a Process EngineerOn the campus in Weert you are responsible for supporting extensive projects. You report progress of the projects and initiate improvements in order to optimize the quality.You analyze the progress of the projects, talk to colleagues on the work floor to determine the current situation. You then work this out to a desired situation which you will implement and adjust in consultation with the project team based on a project-based approach. You also work out cases and then develop them into a business case, in order to convince customers and management of a specific change. You report directly to the Business Process Manager and work a lot with the Site MT members, Shift Managers and Team leaders on the site. • A competitive starting salary between €3.361,- and €4,495,- with growth opportunities up to €5.101,- gross per month. Depending on your knowledge and experience

What is DHL Supply Chain looking for in a new Process Engineer?

• You have at least a completed MBO+ / HBO education, preferably in logistics direction
• You have a number of years of experience with project-based work in a similar role and (logistics) environment > Both starters and young professionals with 1-3 years of experience are welcome
• You have affinity with or experience in process-oriented optimization. Knowledge of Continuous Improvement is an advantage.
• You are a solid personality who can implement changes in a positive way and explain why you do this, both to management and to your customer and the warehouse operators.
• You are analytically very well versed, you can interpret data, identify connections and make well-founded, data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge about Excel, PowerBI and AutoCAD are a pre
