Key responsibilities- Define and drive commercial strategy across a portfolio of companies
- Identify and execute growth opportunities across markets and service lines
- Support local leadership teams in improving sales performance and go-to-market execution
- Drive cross-sell, upsell, and collaboration across portfolio companies
- Introduce best practices in pricing, packaging, and commercial governance
- Monitor performance, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with growth targets
- Partner with PE stakeholders on value creation initiatives and strategic planning
- Enable scalability while preserving entrepreneurial agility within portfolio companies
- Strong commercial leadership experience in hosting, cloud, or digital infrastructure
- Proven ability to drive growth across multiple business units or geographies
- Experience operating in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Skilled in stakeholder management across founders, executives, and investors
- Data-driven mindset with strong financial and commercial acumen
- Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus)
