Role Description:
We are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards team. You will work on optimizing some of the core compensation processes. Using strong analytical skills and deep compensation expertise, you will translate complex data into clear insights, tools and frameworks. This role is for someone who enjoys combining data, systems and process excellence to build fair, competitive and compliant reward practices.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee the Compensation Excellence work for recurring cyclic processes and other key reward events, including systems set‑up, budgets, guardrails, and guidance
Support the set‑up and maintenance of Compensation tooling to enable self‑service and improve user experience
Overlook compensation benchmarking process
Model, forecast and track staff costs; this includes running complex scenario analyses for annual budget cycle
Provide clear, data‑driven insights on market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform program design and leadership decision-making
Contribute to the global pay transparency and pay equity agenda, including methodology, reporting, and monitoring
Support the design and documentation of Compensation policies and controls, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, SOX, and internal audit standards
Partner with Internal Audit, People Ops, and Legal on compensation‑related risk, remediation, and audit requests as needed
Build and maintain robust Compensation data structures that support Job Architecture, and downstream employee-facing tools
Deliver regular and ad‑hoc reporting
Continuously improve reporting and automation in collaboration with People Analytics, FP&A, and Systems teams
Run scenario modeling and cost impact analyses for program changes highlighting trade‑offs and risks
Contribute to cross‑functional projects and operating model changes
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in Compensation/Total Rewards or a closely related analytical HR field
Strong analytical skills
Comfortable working with external market data methodologies
Ability to explain complex reward topics in a simple and structured way
Strong stakeholder management skills; able to challenge and influence decision makers
High attention to detail, strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
Comfortable working in an international, fast‑changing environment
