ABOUT THE ROLE:As Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in defining and executing Gisou’s visual identity across digital and physical channels. You are both conceptual and hands‑on, and able to think strategically while delivering polished, high‑end design.
You will collaborate closely with Brand, Social, E‑commerce, Product Development, and external partners to ensure a cohesive and premium brand experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Brand & Campaign Creative- Lead visual development of global campaigns from concept to execution
- Translate brand strategy into strong, distinctive creative systems
- Maintain and evolve Gisou’s visual identity guidelines
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all consumer touchpoints
- Design assets for website, email marketing, paid media, and product launches
- Elevate online storytelling through refined layouts and strong typography
- Partner with performance and e‑commerce teams to balance creativity and conversion
- Develop visually compelling assets for social media
- Work alongside content and social teams to translate trends into premium brand visuals
- Guide motion and video direction in collaboration with external creatives
- Contribute to packaging design, retail assets, and PR materials
- Ensure production‑ready files and high‑quality execution
- Work closely with suppliers and production partners when needed
- Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers
- Elevate overall design quality within the team
- Bring proactive ideas to push Gisou’s visual identity forward
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaign work, and digital excellence
- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma experience is necessary too
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Detail‑oriented with a strong aesthetic sensibility
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Fluent in English
- Visually trend‑aware
- Conceptually strong, yet execution‑driven
- Structured, proactive, and solutions‑oriented
- A strong communicator and collaborative team player
- 1 day of remote working per week.
