Inventory management with impact - that's what you stand for. As a Stock Control Coordinator, you lead your team and ensure everything adds up: the numbers, the processes, and the collaboration.
What you'll do
As a Stock Control Coordinator, you create overview, insight, and foresight. Together with your team, you are responsible for the inventory accuracy of our customer. You know exactly where each item is located, how the systems are connected, and what needs to be done if something doesn't match.
Your main tasks include:
- Monitoring inventory accuracy between the physical stock and the customer's system
- Identifying and proposing process improvements
- Conducting one-on-one meetings with your team members
- Planning and leading team meetings, while staying aware of what's happening within the team
- Actively contributing to achieving our performance targets
- Reporting to the Stock Control Supervisor
Who you are
- You love structure, numbers, and people. You switch easily between data analysis and coaching conversations.
- Experience in stock control within a warehouse or similar environment
- Strong analytical skills; you enjoy working with systems and data
- Solution-oriented, able to balance details and the bigger picture
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Dutch is a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is an advantage
- Confident and able to get the best out of your team
- Passionate about building a close-knit and motivated team
