What we offer

• A full-time role (40 hours per week). You can choose to work in day shifts or in a two-shift system (06:00-15:00 and 15:00-00:00)
• Salary in scale 8 between €3,039 and €3,600 gross per month (with growth potential up to €4,490 depending on experience)
• 8% holiday pay based on your gross salary
• Travel allowance
• 25 vacation days
• Collective labor agreement à la carte: a personal choice budget that you can use as you prefer. Convert it into up to 6 extra vacation days, have it paid out monthly, or use it for a gym membership

Your role as a Teamleader

• As a Teamleader, you're the central point of contact on the shop floor. You provide direction, support, and development opportunities, ensuring your team performs well and enjoys their work.
• Oversee daily operations and coordinate with fellow Teamleaders to keep processes running efficiently
• Coach team members on performance and personal development
• Foster a safe, positive, and supportive workplace
• Conduct performance, absence, and development meetings
• Maintain workforce planning and ensure accurate time registration
• Prepare and lead Performance Dialogues

This is you

• You are a people-oriented leader who understands both operational processes and team dynamics. You work proactively, stay calm under pressure, and always think ahead.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with systems and reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch language skills are a plus. If you don't speak Dutch yet, you're willing to learn
• Reliable and consistent your team knows they can depend on you
• Flexible and capable of managing teams across various operational areas such as inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and VAS, quickly adapting to shifting priorities and team dynamics
