Impactful work: You will lead the backbone of our digital channels, powering Track & Trace and sending flows used by millions. Challenge: Your biggest challenge will be managing a large hybrid team and guiding its split into two specialised functions - "Send" and "Receive" - during 2026. You will temporarily oversee both teams while building strong collaboration and processes for long-term success. Wat ga je doen

As Lead Engineer Send & Receive Team, you will take technical ownership of our core digital channels team, which handles Track & Trace and sending flows. You will work with a modern tech stack: C# for the backend and Angular or React for the frontend.

You will lead a large hybrid team of internal engineers and 6-8 offshore engineers. During 2026, you will guide the team through a major transformation: splitting into two specialised functions ("Send" and "Receive") while ensuring stability and quality. This role combines technical leadership with strategic team building and process improvement.

You are an experienced tech lead who takes ownership and thinks strategically.

You also have the following qualities:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree thinking level
• Extensive experience with C# and either Angular or React.
• Proven AWS expertise.
• Experience managing large teams and improving development processes.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technology and business.
