What we offer

• A full-time position in two shifts from 6:00-15:00 & 13:00-22:00;
• Salary in scale 8 between € 3.039,- and € 3.600,- gross per month (growth potential up to € 4.490,- depending on experience)
• 130% shifts allowance after 18:00
• 8% holiday pay, calculated on your gross salary.

• 25 vacation days
• Collective labor agreement à la carte: a personal budget that you can spend as you choose. You can convert this into vacation days (up to 6) or have the amount paid monthly on top of your salary. You can also use it to pay for a gym subscription.

Your role as a TeamleaderAs a Teamleader, you're the go-to person on the work floor. You make sure your team performs well, feels valued and continues to develop.

• Monitor operations and align with fellow Teamleaders to keep things running smoothly
• You'll create a strong and supportive team culture, where people receive the right training and genuinely enjoy their work.
• Create a safe, welcoming and supportive working environment
• Conduct performance, absence and development conversations
• Keep workforce planning and time registration up to date
• Preparing and conducting Performance Dialogues

This is youYou're a natural leader who understands both people and processes. You thrive on collaboration, keep a cool head and always think ahead.

• Experience within logistics, preferable contractlogistics
• Knowledge and experience with SAP and WMS systems
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• You are stress-resistant and able to maintain oversight easily
• Preferably experienced in both inbound and outbound processes
