In the role of Service (Delivery) Manager at Dustin, you are the driving force behind the implementation and management of services from the Product Lifecycle Services portfolio for large enterprise customers (2000+ users). In this role, you combine a high degree of independence with close collaboration across Sales and Operations. Together, you ensure continuous improvement of processes, drive innovation in our service delivery, and contribute to high customer satisfaction. You work in a hybrid setup and are part of a friendly and ambitious team within Dustin. The team meets regularly at our Nijmegen office for alignment, knowledge sharing and team connection.
The Hiring Manager for the role is Jeroen Arendts, Team Manager- Business Support. He works based on pragmatism and trust, with a strong focus on facilitating the team and supporting personal development so everyone can perform at their best.
Your role and influence as Service Manager ResponsibilityYou are responsible for translating agreed services into practical and efficient processes, defining clear service levels, safeguarding contractual agreements, and leading the implementation of won service contracts from tenders or RFPs, working closely with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth and successful execution within Dustin’s operational organization.
CollaborationTogether with your team, you ensure contract requirements are translated into concrete processes and documented agreements (DAPs and SLAs), aligning expectations with execution and enabling operational teams to deliver structured, consistent, and high-quality services while maintaining close collaboration with the customer throughout.
Core activities- Coordinate internal teams to achieve agreed contract terms and service levels
- Act as the central point of contact for customers and internal departments
- Monitor service performance and proactively implement improvements

Who could be successful in this roleYou are a curious and driven professional who gains energy from tactical and strategic customer interactions and does not scare away from working closely with operational teams to steer quality, looks beyond the initial question to uncover underlying needs, and takes ownership of solving (sometimes complex) challenges at the intersection of commerce and operations.
- An HBO-level working and thinking capacity
- Working experience in a service, IT, or logistics-related environment, with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Customer facing experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- A strong command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Familiarity with Service, Process, or Project Management; certifications such as Lean, ITIL, or Prince2 will be a plus but not mandatory.
