Demand Planner

The Demand Planner is responsible for managing demand forecasting and supply reconciliation within a category-focused, customer-neutral role. The objective is to mitigate service risks and maintain optimal stock levels while ensuring high service levels and effectively managing excess inventory.

• Monitor and balance short-term demand and supply, typically within a six-week horizon
• Manage service levels to meet customer expectations and business goals
• Oversee excess stock and waste reduction initiatives, aligning with KPIs
• Play a key role in identifying and mitigating service risks that could impact - operational performance
• Collaborate with teams to optimize inventory levels and improve efficiency

• Proven experience in demand planning or supply chain forecasting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics practices
