Provide Workday consultation to the broader HR team serving as a Workday Data Management Subject Matter Expert. Ensure high data quality accuracy in the HR Systems working on the data integrity processes and ensure internal errors are rectified promptly through key administrators within the business. Evaluate data management practices for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data. Create operational, ad‑hoc reports and data extracts to support business processes and servicing. Provide change management support by delivering training and development of reference materials.
ResponsibilitiesSupporting the HR Operation Team with Human Resource administration activities, including but not limited to on- and off‑boarding, absence management, payroll data entry & mutations and performance management administration for the Dutch site, EU and other countries connected to the Dutch site. That is what it means to work as Consultant – Manager, HR Operations at Genmab in Utrecht. Providing accurate, consistent, and timely responses to employees and managers regarding local HR policies, HR life‑cycle processes and Workday system questions or issues. Supporting workforce administration processes, data input in Workday, Cobra and other HR systems, and verification of required documentation on the designated HR employee life‑cycle activities. Amongst others, enrolling new hires (HR systems, payroll, agreements), terminations, transfers, promotions, alterations in salary and personal data.
While updating personnel files, you will be producing employment contracts, letters, and salary notifications. At Genmab we believe in perfect pre‑on‑boarding and off‑boarding, so you have your daily focus on these activities, collaborating with HR specialists, the managers, and the employees. Other responsibilities for the day include reporting, handling HR‑related issues or redirecting them to other appropriate HR or payroll resources. Maintaining the employment manual with up‑to‑date information is also important, as well as your contribution to key HR initiatives and projects. You will support other HR Operations team members as back‑up in their primary areas such as onboarding, off‑boarding, and sickness administration, fostering collaboration and consistency within the team. This role also includes responsibility for driving HR efficiency within the general HR Operations area, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and data quality to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.

- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 10+ years professional experience in HR administration.
- At least 5 years professional experience in Payroll, preferably also with remote workers.
- Good knowledge of Dutch labor law, health & safety legislation, knowledge migrant regulations, 30% ruling and payroll.
- Experience with other EU laws is a plus.
- Experience with Workday, Excel & Cobra is preferred.
- Fluent language skills both written and verbal, in Dutch and English is required. Additional language skills would be beneficial but not a must.
