What we’re looking for- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience.
- Experience with and a certification in one or more Salesforce capabilities, like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud and/or any of the Salesforce Industry Clouds.
- Fluent in Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on business value.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with (global) complex change initiatives while managing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to bring the change story both internally and externally.
- Experienced and certified in Salesforce Agentforce, Consumer Goods Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
