This is what energizes youIn the role of Solution Engineer, you will report directly to the Sales Manager DACH within the Revenue department. You will bridge the gap between commercial needs and the technical possibilities of our platform.
Your core responsibilities include:
Technical Evaluation: Helping customers understand the value of IXON products and verifying the technical fit between customer requirements and our solutions.
Onboarding: Assisting new customers with the IXON Cloud platform and advising on configuration, user management, and cyber security measures.
Value Realization: Enabling customers to fulfill the total potential of their order intake and connecting them with technical implementation partners when needed.
Success Tracking: Measuring success based on the number of onboarded new customers.
You possess a hybrid profile, combining a solid technical background with the communication skills needed to support the sales process.
You recognize yourself in the following:
Education: A Graduate, Bachelor, BBA, MSc, or MA degree.
Experience: You are a Junior to Medium profile with 1 to 8 years of experience.
Industry Expertise: Required experience in mechanical engineering or industrial automation.
Technical Affinity: Knowledge of IT (APIs, basic programming) and OT (PLC, HMIs, and related protocols).
Languages: Professional fluency in both German and English.
Location: You live in the searching area of West Germany, specifically near Krefeld, Düsseldorf, Kleve, or Duisburg.
