Senior Construction (Site) Logistics Manager

As a Construction (Site) Logistics Manageryou will work directly with the Construction Manager and Subcontractors & be accountable for ensuring the logistics and planning for all subcontractors. Ensuring they perform their scope of work in the strictest of compliance to the contract documents. This role is focused on developing and executing the logistics strategy for a large-scale data center project, ensuring efficient movement of materials, equipment, and personnel while maintaining safety, compliance, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage a Construction Logistics Plan aligned with project schedule and phasing.
• Oversee temporary works (roads, laydown areas, utilities) and ensure compliance with engineering and HSE standards.
• Manage vehicle movement, delivery scheduling, and permits; implement traffic control systems.
• Coordinate delivery, storage, and inventory to align with procurement and construction timelines.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards; conduct audits and promote sustainability practices.
• Act as primary logistics contact; lead coordination meetings and resolve site issues.
• Use BIM/logistics software for planning and monitoring; maintain accurate records and report KPIs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics management for large-scale construction projects (data center experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, temporary works, and site operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with permits, regulations, and safety standards.
