Job DescriptionFor an on-site role in Rotterdam, we are looking for a Supply Chain Customer Support Specialist who enjoys being the link between customers and internal supply chain operations. This person will help keep orders moving smoothly, resolve issues quickly, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to protect service levels.
Responsibilities- Act as a key point of contact for customer order-related queries and updates
- Coordinate order flow from entry to delivery, monitoring progress and follow-up actions
- Identify and resolve order or delivery issues (e.g., delays, shortages, changes), escalating when needed
- Work closely with internal supply chain, planning, logistics/transport, and warehouse stakeholders
- Maintain accurate order information and documentation in the relevant systems
- Support reporting and service-level tracking, helping the team stay on top of priorities
- Contribute to continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues and suggesting fixes
- Experience in customer support / order management / supply chain coordination (or similar)
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel in a day-to-day operational setting
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
- Accurate, structured working style and ability to prioritize in a busy environment
- Able to work on-site in Rotterdam
