Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Process Engineer with strong experience in DSP operations and process engineering. In this role, you will support daily operations, drive process improvements, and contribute to the introduction of new products and technologies.
Responsibilities- Monitor, optimise, and support DSP production processes.
- Lead and support NPI and tech transfer activities.
- Ensure processes operate within validated and regulatory limits.
- Drive data collection, data analysis, and reporting for continuous improvement.
- Lead change controls, Product Impact Assessments, and deviation-related risk analyses.
- Conduct Gemba walks and implement sustainable process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce process downtime and losses.
- Ensure compliant documentation and accurate completion of process records.
- 4–8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong DSP operations and process engineering experience.
- Experience with NPI and tech transfer.
- English proficiency at professional level (C1) and Dutch language skills (A2).
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Able to work 2–3 days per week on site in Leiden.
