With your sharp analyses and technical skills, you improve one of the most important platforms at the heart of our logistics. Our Smart Shipment Router (SSR) platform determines the best logistical route for millions of packages per day. The platform is developed and continuously optimized by us. Think of changes like a new commercial proposition, an algorithm to predict delivery times, or smarter management of our deliverers.
You translate logistical issues into practical IT solutions that directly contribute to our ambition: we deliver special moments and are a reliable partner. You work in a Scrum team and develop Mendix applications that improve our logistics chain. You experiment with new technologies such as the Mendix Machine Learning Kit and AWS Event Brokers. Together with colleagues from the chain, such as Chain Management and Strategy, you ensure smart solutions that truly make a difference. If something in the platform does not work well, it has immediate major consequences for the deliverers on the street and therefore for the whole of the Netherlands. Your work is therefore super relevant!
Wat vragen wij
You combine analytical skills with a critical view of yourself and your work, ensuring that solutions are not only functional but also scalable and maintainable. You communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members, and you switch smoothly between business and IT. Accuracy and structure help you minimize risks and continuously improve quality.
You also have the following qualities:
- You have a higher vocational degree or university degree.
- You have a Mendix certification at Intermediate or Advanced level or at least 2 years of experience with Mendix in complex environments.
- You have demonstrable critical reflection skills and apply them in code reviews, testing approaches, and retrospectives.

The benefits of your position are:
- Salary between €4.091 and €6.500 gross per month at 37 hours per week. But 32 hours is possible too!
- Hybrid working is encouraged and you'll have flexible working hours. After all, your work-life balance matters to us.
- Employees who work from home more than two days a week get an allowance of €45 net per month.
- Engineering Laptop (Mac or Windows) and a smartphone.
8% vacation pay and 25 vacation days on a full-time contract. - Travel allowance for commuting or an NS Business Card.
