Your impact and ResponsibilitiesAs our Senior Business Controller – Revenue & Growth, you will join the FP&A team and support the Chief Revenue Officer and commercial leadership team as their strategic finance partner. You combine deep financial expertise with a sharp commercial mindset, enabling data‑driven decisions that accelerate growth, improve revenue quality, and strengthen our go‑to‑market performance.
You act as a trusted advisor across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, translating complex data into clear insights that drive predictable, sustainable revenue outcomes in a B2B SaaS environment.
Revenue & Commercial Finance Partnering- Serve as the primary financial advisor to the CRO and revenue leadership.
- Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with commercial performance insights.
- Deliver analysis on pipeline health, deal economics, bookings quality, and revenue drivers.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting for all revenue streams.
- Own ARR/MRR projections, bookings targets, churn analysis, and retention modeling.
- Align financial plans closely with go‑to‑market priorities and growth initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key SaaS metrics, including: ARR, GRR, NRR, pipeline coverage, and sales efficiency.
- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to support commercial performance.
- Support pricing strategy, discount governance, and packaging decisions.
- Review deals (including multi‑year SaaS contracts).
- Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations.
- Identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Build scenario models to support strategic decision‑making.
- 7–12+ years in Controlling, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS or recurring‑revenue business models.
- Proven partnership with Sales, Marketing, or Revenue leadership.
- Experience in fast‑growing or scaling organizations.
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced financial modeling
- SaaS unit economics and revenue forecasting
- Margin & profitability analysis
- Scenario and sensitivity modeling
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- CRM analytics (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Advanced Excel skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable operating cross‑functionally and influencing at senior levels
