What you’ll do

As International Partnerships Sales Manager, you will own and develop AssessFirst’s international partner ecosystem across multiple regions.

Your mission is to drive revenue through strong, well-activated partnerships.

You will inherit an existing reseller portfolio, grow and optimise it, recruit new reseller partners, and reactivate technology partners. This role combines relationship management, commercial execution, and partner development, with clear accountability for SQL generation and revenue outcomes.

You will have a high degree of autonomy to shape how partnerships operate day to day in your regions, building momentum, structure, and long‑term value.

How you’ll do it 🤝 Build & Grow the Partner Ecosystem
  • Manage and grow an existing international reseller portfolio
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new reseller partners
  • Reactivate dormant or underperforming technology partners
  • Define and execute regional partner strategies aligned with revenue goals
  • Build and refine scalable partner processes and initiatives
đź’° Drive Revenue Through Partners
  • Generate partner‑sourced SQLs across your regions
  • Qualify opportunities and support deal progression with Sales
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting
  • Track partner performance and optimise for conversion and output
📣 Enable & Activate Partners
  • Pitch and demo AssessFirst and the partner model
  • Enable partners to position and sell AssessFirst effectively
  • Run regular cadences with active partners
  • Organise co‑marketing initiatives, events, and joint activities
Your future team

You’ll be part of the Partnerships team, made up of 3 people.

You’ll also work closely with the UK, US, Italian and Benelux teams.

What we’re looking for
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a cold outbound SaaS sales role
  • Fluent English (additional European languages such as Italian and Spanish are a strong plus)
  • Comfortable working across multiple regions and time zones
  • Highly organised and disciplined with pipeline management and CRM usage (we use Hubspot)
  • Highly adaptable, able to operate in fast‑changing environments
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote‑first setup
  • Commercial hunter mindset: proactive, persistent, and comfortable creating momentum
  • Strong relationship builder: able to earn trust while holding partners accountable
  • This role is for someone who wants to own a partner channel end‑to‑end, not simply maintain relationships.
  • This is a fully remote position, ideally suited to candidates based in the UK, Netherlands, or similar European locations, with flexibility to travel for partner meetings and events.
  • You will join a strong company culture, with 3–4 off‑sites per year, so please ensure you're happy to travel when required.
What you’ll get

Salary range: ÂŁ40,000 with OTE of ÂŁ65,000
