The Mission: Step into a high-impact role within the Combat Management Systems (CMS) of Defense environment. We aren't just looking for a librarian; we need a technical bridge-builder. You will ensure the integrity of software that powers naval defense systems globally, blending the rigor of CM2 standards with the agility of modern CI/CD.
The Role:
- Guardian of Quality: Act as the primary Integrator and CM, ensuring software baselines are flawless from requirements to release.
- Bridge Builder: Use your communication skills to align developers with internal stakeholders, ensuring technical changes meet "customer" expectations.
- CM2 Expert: Apply IpX/CM2 methodologies to manage complex changes in a safety-critical environment.
- Tech Driver: Support the development process through CI/CD tooling, version control, and pragmatic problem-solving.
Who You Are:
- Citizen: Must be a Dutch or EU Citizen living in NL (required for VGB security clearance).
- Certified: CM2 Certification (or deep experience with EIA-649/ISO 10007).
- Technical: Strong background in Software Integration, CI/CD, and ALM tools (Jira/Git/Windchill).
- Mindset: You are assertive, stress-resistant, and pragmatic. You prioritize quality but understand the need for solution-oriented delivery.
You are an Engineer who Possesses excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with demanding clients. Demonstrates a flexible, practical, and solution-focused approach to challenges. Highly committed, resilient under pressure, and able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Open to taking on short-term assignments at various locations as needed.
