One Identity Manager / IAM Engineer

• Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
• Engagement: Long-term rolling contract
• Initial Duration: 12+ months
• Project Visibility: 5–6 years
• Visa: HSM visa sponsorship available, if required

• 8–10 years of overall experience, with 5–9+ years hands‑on as a One Identity Manager Engineer
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, access control)
• Deep expertise in One Identity Manager, including:
  • Data model customization
  • Building and maintaining connectors
  • Working with One Identity exposed APIs
• Proven experience across the One Identity product suite:
  • One Identity Manager
  • Safeguard
  • Active Roles
  • Defender
  • Starling 2FA
• Strong programming skills in VB .NET (or similar .NET technologies)
• Experience in end-to-end IAM implementations (requirements, design, build, support)
• Exposure to cloud platforms, microservices, containerization, and DevOps practices
• Client-facing experience and strong communication skills
