The Roamler Group has grown in recent years to become the insights and activation partner for clients within Retail and Out-of-Home.
We provide insights and connect great brands with the most relevant locations in Food Service and Retail. In addition, our crowd of Roamlers is able to translate these insights to direct actions. Our key stakeholders are Marketeers, Sales & Insight managers at multinationals like Unilever, Red Bull, Coca-Cola and Heineken, at established names like Aviko, A Brand New Day and Cloetta and at newcomers like the Texelse Bierbrouwerij.
So, on one hand we collect data from hip bars, trendy restaurants and the pizza place on the corner from which we build location profiles based on multiple data sources. With this information, we model the customer potential of a location. Together with our clients, we work on the most effective and efficient route to market. On the other hand, we structurally collect insights for our clients within Retail and OOH, using our crowd (our Roamlers). This can be data regardingprice, product and whether a product is on the shelf or not.
Meanwhile, our SaaS product portfolio consists of Data (monitors/trackers), intelligent Sales & Marketing Apps (SFA tooling), and of course our Roamler Crowd which, thanks to the Focus application, is easy to deploy for all field teams. We are currently active in 14 countries. For our headquarters in Amsterdam, where over 150 ambitious professionals work, we are looking for a: Customer Success Manager. The team you will join consists of 9 CSM's situated in 3 markets.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As a Customer Success Manager, you are the central point of contact for our customers. You will help your own portfolio of customers on their way to success, work proactively on a partnership and be the process owner of everything we do for them. You are able to manage the perfect Customer Journey. You will advise clients on the use and impact of our Data, Sales & Marketing Apps and Insights. With your expertise you understand their business and challenges of your customers to come to the right solution. With your commercial insight you are able to identify opportunities and turn them, together with our Sales colleagues, into opportunities that ensure the success of our customers.
In conclusion, this role will give you lots of freedom and responsibility regarding the implementation of SaaS products and services at your customers. You are able to take the lead and bring the structure needed to make each implementation a success. During the process, and ofcourse together with you colleagues yousteer on results, scope and timings. You will be able to support the onboarding and training of the customer and will ensure that the onboarding goes smoothly. Together with your Sales colleagues, you will be responsible for managing around 10-15 customers and report directly to the Head of SaaS.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Central point of contact
- Correct translation of business demand to SaaS products & services
- Implementing products / services, incl. Managing leading project teams
- Consulting with customers so that they get the most out of the data
- Ensuring that customers get the most out of SaaS products/services
- Binding, surprising and proactively helping customers further
- Bachelor degrees with a minimum of 3 years work experience
- You have a commercial attitude, excellent communication skills and a self-starting ability
- You interact easily with stakeholders and have the necessary interpersonal skills
- You are organizedand your time management is on-point!
- You enjoy working with Apps (CRM) and consult onData
- You take responsibility and work hands on
- You actively research customer needs, expectations and solution directions
- You possess a healthy dose of relativity and humor
- You speak Dutch and English
- Experience with customer success management is a plus
- Affinity with marketing and sales route to marketstrategies is a plus
- Foodservice and/or retail passion is a plus. A passion for food also counts ;-)
