The Role

We’relooking for an experienced, detail-drivenAccounts Payable Specialistwho thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable handling complex workflows. This position requires strong ownership, a structured mindset, and the ability to collaborate closely with AR, GL, and credit control.

This is anon-site roleduring your first two weeks (full-time in the office for onboarding). After that, the rhythm shifts toTuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays on-site.

What You’ll Do

• Process supplier invoices and employee expenses accurately and on time
• Manage AP inboxes and vendor communication professionally and efficiently
• Prepare weekly payment runs andmonitoroutstanding liabilities
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain and update vendor master data
• Work closely with AR, GL, and Credit Control tooptimizefinancial workflows
• Identifyand implement process improvements to increase overall efficiency
• Provide operational backup to other team members when needed
• Collaborate with colleagues across international offices (NL, CA, IL, etc.)

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
• Strong understanding of AP workflows and payment platforms
• Experience in fast-moving, multi-entity environments
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBO/HBO)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Dutch language skills are a strong plus, especially for local vendor communication
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial systems
• Experience withExact Globe is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High accuracy, strong time management, and a structured way of working
• Comfortable working with weekly and monthly deadlines in a performance-driven environment
