As a Work Planner, you are responsible for the planning and preparation of production processes. You ensure that all necessary materials and resources are available and that the production process runs efficiently. You work in Valkenswaard, where you are part of a dynamic team that strives for quality and precision.

• Evaluate projects and orders to ensure all aspects are complete and feasible.
• Collaborate with your team to prepare plans and create required documentation, including FMEAs, following standardized procedures.
• Constantly communicate with clients and internal teams on the progress of projects and orders.
• Decide on and enter final production methods into the management system.
• Perform analysis on post-calculations to assess results.

• A gross monthly salary between €3500 and €5200, depending on your experience and skills.
• A permanent contract from the first day of work.
• 8% vacation pay.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
• Part of the Metalektro collective bargaining agreement, including the PME pension fund for solid pension accrual.
• Clothing allowance for work clothes and personal protective equipment.

You will work day shift with flexible start times, allowing you to maintain a good work-life balance. You have 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days to enjoy your time off.
