The role
StudioXAG is looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage world-class production from our European headquarters and deliver the show-stopping storytelling we are famous for.
Reporting into our Head of Europe, you would be part of our expanding European team in a challenging, exciting and creative environment. This role would be instrumental in helping to establish our European presence and building and strengthening client and local supplier relationships. You will have the opportunity to work with great brands on interesting projects.
The role will involve:
- Building firm relationships with external partners to bring projects to life to the highest standards.
- Managing multiple outsourced projects of varying sizes.
- Typically managing annual project budgets of approx €900,000 – €1,200,000.
- Seeking out and managing your own client relationships, working closely with our Head of Europe and UK-based Project Managers to nurture them.
- Main point of contact for clients, managing expectations internally and externally throughout the lifecycle of a project.
- Project planning, quoting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensuring your projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
- Project workflow from concept design, through to fabrication and installation.
- Planning and executing installations across Europe.
- Overseeing every detail of a project from finish to logistics – you will be the person who knows the answers, or where to find them.
- Training and nurturing more junior team members.
- Working with the senior team to drive the business forward and improve processes and increase project success.
Who exactly are we looking for?
We’re looking for a confident, fast and highly organised Senior Project Manager who has a hunger for facilitating the creation of inspiring industry-leading work. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and has a strong knowledge of outsourced production.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent leadership qualities and a hunger to deliver the best results.
- Be adept at problem-solving.
- Be an excellent networker, adept at building new relationships.
- Have excellent written and verbal English plus an additional European language preferably Dutch, German or French.
- Be an organisational master.
Ideal experience
- 5+ years experience in a similar role.
- Seasoned industry player with varied client-facing experience.
- Experienced in production, working with workshops, prophouses and printers.
- Strong IT skills – in particular Excel and Google Sheets. Synergist knowledge would be a bonus.
Location
We currently work a hybrid model 3 days a week from our Amsterdam studio and 2 optional WFH days. Our normal working hours are 9am – 6pm but flexible working hours and days are available.

Salary: €48,000 – €64,000, DOE. Please state expectations on application.
