Your day to day:
Supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing the daily kitchen operation and ensuring smooth, efficient service across all outlets.
Leading, coordinating, and motivating the kitchen team especially during events and banqueting.
Assisting in menu planning, recipe development, and tastings together with the Executive Chef.
Ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes served.
Supervising mise en place, production, and à la minute service, stepping in hands-on where needed.
Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, checking deliveries, maintaining HACCP guidelines and hygiene regulations.
Maintaining oversight of kitchen planning, task division, and workflow to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Minimizing waste, controlling costs, and contributing to responsible and sustainable kitchen operations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2–3 years experience in a similar Sous Chef or senior kitchen role.
Ability to plan and organize for events independently while following the kitchen standards.
Hands-on mentality with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Flexible, stress resistant, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and HACCP standards.
Attention to detail with a strong sense of taste, presentation, and quality control.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
A positive team spirit and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
