• Independently manage challenging projects as a Senior HR Consultant in the following areas:
• Digital HR Transformation
• HR Operating Model
• Organisational Development

• Engage key stakeholders and achieve established project goals for the client (example clients include AkzoNobel, Bol.com, Heineken, ASML, ING, and Verkade).
• Contribute to the client’s success through your extensive knowledge and expertise in HR, organisational change and project management.
• Contribute to Quintop’s success by generating new assignments and clients, thus expanding the network.

• You have at least 7 years of relevant work experience as a consultant and/or project manager and you have experience in working for multinationals.
• In the possession of college/university degree.
• You have passion and experience in the field of Digital HR Transformation / HR Operating Model / Organisational Development (at least 1 area, preferably more).
• You master the English language (both verbally and in writing).
• You have a large network and capable in generating leads.
• A leading example for our junior consultants.
