• Monitor SCADA systems to track performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the longevity and efficiency of solar installations.
• Prepare and submit detailed safety-focused reports, adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Respond promptly to system alerts and perform on-site inspections and repairs as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in solar operations and maintenance, with a strong understanding of AC/DC systems.
• Familiarity with SCADA monitoring systems and the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Strong commitment to safety, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role, with strong time management and organizational skills.
