Responsibilities- Manage and stabilize payroll operations across Europe
- Lead the transition to a centralized payroll model, working closely with HR Ops and global payroll leadership
- Resolve historical configuration issues while ensuring payroll continuity
- Collaborate with a growing team with scope to shape future headcount and structure
- Drive process optimization, compliance, and stakeholder engagement across regions
- Proven experience managing payroll teams
- Strong technical understanding of payroll systems and HRIS
