Cool, what are you going to do here?
You will run end-to-end recruitment. From intake to signature. You own the entire process, with a focus on speed and candidate experience. As their Corporate Recruiter, you will run sharp intakes: what are the must-haves, what's nice-to-have, and most importantly: what's realistic? You will proactively build pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, events, and targeted outreach. The process is tightly managed: scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback loops, keeping candidates informed, and closing offers. In Greenhouse, you keep everything tracked. Candidates through the funnel, resurfacing existing talent, and maintaining consistent data for reporting. Stakeholders get advised with market insights and data, and you push back when a profile is vague or unrealistic. And regardless of outcome, every candidate has an excellent candidate experience. Because that's how you build an employer brand!
Do you need a digital piece of paper?
Not necessarily. But you do need 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience. In-house or at an agency, preferably a mix of both. Because then you know both the speed of an agency and the structure of corporate. You have a proven track record of hiring Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Software Engineers, and other technical roles.
Recruitment tools and platforms like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter? You master those like the best.
You operate as a business partner. Market insights and data are used to guide stakeholders toward better, faster decisions. You are able to juggle multiple searches simultaneously, balance volume with attention to detail, and deliver predictable results in a dynamic environment. English is fluent, and Dutch is a plus. And you live in the Netherlands because sponsorship isn't arranged, unfortunately.
Nice to have?
Experience with Data/AI, DevOps/Platform, Java/Kotlin, or Security recruitment. Experience with both proactive sourcing and inbound pipelines. Or experience improving recruitment processes: ATS hygiene, scorecards, structured interviews.
